Currently this is a remote position until further notice :

Position : Customer Service Agent (Part-Time and Full-Time)

Hours : 15-40 hours per week

Pay : $29.37 -44.92 / hr to start, with increases throughout the first year, transitioning to a performance-based model

Location : Remote

Requirements :

  • One weekend day REQUIRED
  • Must be able to attend full-time day training for 2 weeks
  • Must be available on weekend days and between the hours of 12pm - 9pm on weekdays

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service.
  • Complete after-call information and data entry to the system.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired.
  • High School Diploma
