Data Transfer Officer, TS / SCI with Full Scope Poly Security Clearance Required, Herndon, VA
Ready to hire a Data Transfer Officer. Qualified candidates must have an active TS / SCI with Full Scope Poly Security Clearance.
Military (Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines) experience is a big plus!
Responsibilities :
Provide technical support and customer service to the organization’s users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes).
Answer questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures; may be located within a call center.
Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and / or application development in order to restore service and / or identify problems.
Maintain a troubleshoot tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience.
Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
Requires established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities.
Understand how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams.
Solve routine problems without supervisory approval; evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Impact own team through the accuracy and quality of work; follow procedures and receive regular supervision.
Use communication skills to exchange information.
Qualifications :
TS / SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly.
High School diploma.
Data Transfer Certification.
Ability to communicate to different levels of management.
