Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

The Position : Our Client is looking for an LMHC to join their team in Aventura, FL to provide services inside Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.
This position would be providing services in one facility, so there is not a lot of commuting to multiple facilities. You will work in collaboration with Psychiatric APRNs, Psychologists, LMHCs and LCSWs as well as the primary care provider at the facility to provide care for the whole patient.
- $75,000 Base Salary
- $40,000 Production & Quality Bonus ($10k per quarter)

Requirements :
- Florida LMHC License
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Positive Attitude
- Willingness to Collaborate With Psychologist, Psychiatrists, LCSWs, LMHCs And Nurse Practitioners
Responsibilities :
- Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm But if you complete your work early you can go home and get paid a full day
- Flexible Schedule
- No Call
- No Nights
- No Weekends
