Southside Family Dental Center
Our family dental center is a brand-new facility located within our complex at 125 SW Military Drive. We are so happy to see patients of all ages, including our much-loved pediatric patients that inevitably grow up.
We are looking for a general dentist to oversee and manage our General Dentist department. SSFDC is a multi-specialty, one owner, private practice.

Position Overview : We are seeking a talented General Dentist who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience who is eager to contribute to a thriving practice while receiving coaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Engage actively in patient flow and enhance patient experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with other doctors, staff, and management.
- Make sound decisions and contribute to our community.
- Multitask efficiently, showing initiative and a keen eye for detail.
- Embrace a hands-off management style-our approach is to support, not micromanage.
