Maintenance Specialist Grounds Keeper

- Youth & Family Support We help youth gain independence through social and living support programs while empowering families with the skills and resources they need to become resilient and successful.
- Foster Care & Adoption We reunify and unite families while recruiting and providing support to foster parents and youth in foster care.
- Education & Community Trainings We help students achieve academic success while giving educators the tools to create safe learning environments to improve their students behaviors and offer innovative learning opportunities to build and improve knowledge in the community.
We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist Grounds Keeper to join our team. Your role will support the facilities team in repairs and projects as needed. This role will also support the care of the grounds needed at agency sites as directed. This individual will also report directly to the Maintenance Lead at the assigned campus. As a member of the Facilities team, you will work with other team members and report to our Maintenance Lead.
What You Will Do :
Works under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager to maintain high standards for all facilities, offices, common areas, and residential areas in accordance with the policies and procedures.Work to upkeep the Campus Grounds, including but not limited to the pool, landscape, building exterior, parking spaces, and playground equipment.Ensure all assigned facilities and equipment are in a proper state of repair, providing their full use to all staff, clients, visitors, and volunteers always.Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.What You Will Bring :
High school diplomaAt least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screeningA valid drivers license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportationMust be able to obtain DOT CertificationStarting Salary : $17.00 - $21.00 (Hourly)
