Looking for a Take Charge well-experienced high volume Restaurant General Manager to Run our Busiest Friendly Confines Restaurant Location.
The Owner Mr. Carmen Jordan Sr will be retiring this fall and his son (who's been running the location for the last 12 years) will be stepping up oversee all the office and other ownership duties, as well as other business ventures we currently operate.
Please only apply if you have managed a fast-paced full-service sports themed restaurant (Sports knowledge a MUST) doing a minimum of 2 million a year in sales.
We'll have a 4-to-6-week training period and go over all our company policies. We're a Mom & Pop style business and we run things pretty casual, our general managers, pretty much run the store as if it was their own business.

The person we hire will assume all duties of running the restaurant along with his assistant G.M. and Kitchen Management staff.

- You have a total staff of 35+ employees, all in place.
- The starting pay is $57,200. Annual with 9% raise after 90 days + 6% quarterly bonuses (based on stores overall profits)

- We don't need any changes made to the current business, just someone to keep the numbers right where they are and treat the employees the way they've been treated for the past 12 years.
