Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting or other communications-based roles, and a preferred understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
About You :
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in recruitment or other communications-based roles - internships count!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with job specifications and company culture.
- Comfortable managing confidential information and maintaining a high level of discretion throughout the recruitment process.
About the Job :
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and gathering feedback from interviewers.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Assist with recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their recruitment efforts. This is a contract role with an anticipated hourly rate of $21.
