We’re searching for an automotive Assistant Service Manager who is motivated to excel, and serious about a true career in this highly competitive industry.
As service manager, our customers, and your team, will look to you for guidance, leadership and expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Forecast and meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Fully understand and comply with all federal and state regulations pertaining to the service dept,
- including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA
- Hire, train, motivate and support all members of the service department
- Assist with any escalated client situations in alignment with company policy
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards CSI
- Serve as a liason between the dealership and Honda factory representatives
- Perform managerial tasks such as payroll corrections, time off request, etc.
Qualifactions :
Automotive experience within a service department required
Serive Management experience strongly preferred
Service Advisor with 3+years of experience encouraged to apply
Proven track record of excellent CSI
Valid Drivers License and good driving record, per company standards
An enthusiastic, motivated and energetic person who has a personal determination to
overcome possible objections while providing outstanding customer experience.
Process and detail oriented with developed organizational and computer skills
Professional personal appearance
Excellent oral and written communications abilities
Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
