Summary :
Under general supervision, responsible for processingemployee information and maintaining employee records on HRIS.Assists in HRIS design and system development.
Prepares and / orsupervises statistical summaries and special reports from HRISinvolving skills, pay grade and performance data, payrollinformation, and other employee records.
Responsibilities :
- Provide accurate and efficient resolution of issues andinquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, case management)by following appropriate resolution / assessment methodology(investigating and research), utilizing knowledge management tools,educating customers on products and self-service tools, anddetermining appropriate course of action or escalation for emergingissues
- Continually utilizes knowledge managementtools and contributes new, revised or updated information tomaintain accuracy and consistency in knowledge in support ofcustomers, peers and the larger Customer Service team
- Assesses customer's level of understanding and increases theirself-sufficiency by educating and influencing customers to utilizeself-service support
- Provide initial contact andsupport for customers dealing with sensitive and confidentialinformation relating to HR issues
- Communicateeffectively (written or verbal) to best match customer style,needs, and level of understanding in creating optimal customerinteraction
- Communication style includes accurate andgrammatically correct support based on channel (phone, casemanagement)
- Completes accurate and actionable casedocumentation in the Case Management tool
