Job Summary : We are looking for some of the most caring, compassionate, experienced Caregivers that Collier and Lee County has to offer.

Candidates must be flexible with their schedules and have a willingness and eagerness to work. Candidates must have more than 2 years of experience in Private duty, facilities, or hospital settings.

You must have a valid drivers license and also have a working vehicle for transportation to and from the client's home. If you are looking for stability and a team that puts its client's needs first then we would be ecstatic to have you join our team!

Home Health Aid Responsibilities :

• Help clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks
• Perform basic health care services for clients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication
• Help with general light housekeeping, including cooking meals
• Make transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as needed
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members
• Observe and report on each client’s condition
• Stay up-to-date with home health aide training, policies and procedures

Home Health Aid Requirements :

• Previous experience as a home health aide preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Access to reliable transportation
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide references
• Ability to think and work both independently and with direction
• Must have exceptional personal hygiene
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping

We are looking for caregivers who are available Monday through Friday for 12-hour shifts either during the day or overnight including weekends.
