SummaryUnder the supervision of the Project Manager and / or the Construction Manager, the ConstructionInspector is responsible for the following :
- Report daily to the Jobsite during designated work hours.
- Attend Filed meetings, such as safety tailgate meetings and other appropriate filedmeetings.
- Abide by Company and OSHA Safety Rules, including attire, safety gear, anddesignated parking procedures.
- Conduct thorough jobsite inspections in accordance with the approved ConstructionDocuments.
- Prepare detailed Daily Inspection Reports including work description accountingfor materials, labor and equipment, photos, and videos of work activities.
- Coordinate daily with the Construction Manager
- Coordinate with Laboratory Services provided on the project by others for Soils,Materials Testing and Specialty Inspections.
- Coordinate daily with the Contractor’s Superintendent and Project Manager.
- Other duties assigned by the Construction Manager.
