- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients to improve their physical mobility and performance.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date records of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.- Foster a positive and supportive environment to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
This role requires a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
