Sr. Sourcing Manager Software and Cloud Services

Job Description

A Sr. Sourcing Manager Software and Cloud Services is responsible for developing and leading the sourcing strategy for technology, hardware, software, and services in the Enterprise Informatics and Innovation & Strategy sectors.

Your role :

Coordinate onboarding and manage the sourcing process for commercial and innovation suppliers across the Philips ecosystem, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs.

Partner with R&D, Product Management, and suppliers to co-create and industrialize software and cloud programs, influencing business strategy and conducting Design for Excellence (DfX) activities.

Act as a thought leader and authoritative expert in technologies, processes, and cost drivers for major commodities, impacting sourcing strategies and business outcomes.

Engage cross-functional and cross-business partners to develop innovative solutions, managing and delivering sourcing deliverables, and ensuring user needs are integrated.

Develop and execute sourcing plans for new product introductions (NPIs), focusing on technical capability, quality, cost, risk, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

You're the right fit if :

Degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience in technology-focused organizations, especially in software design, sourcing, and delivery, with a preference for healthcare informatics.

Strong background in managing software and cloud services vendors, supply chain management, software licensing models, pricing, and contract terms, with knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements;

supplier quality experience is a plus.

Exceptional collaborative, interpersonal, and influencing abilities to navigate complex organizational structures and work effectively with various stakeholders, including suppliers, project teams, and senior management.

Proven organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $105,000 to $190,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
