Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Location : Denver, CO

Salary Range : $120,000 – $185,000 (DOE)

Schedule : Full-Time | On-Site | Some Travel May Be Required

Position Summary

We're hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial projects in the Denver metro area . This role oversees site safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily jobsite operations, safety compliance, and subcontractor performance
Maintain project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, and inspections
Lead site meetings and enforce quality control
Collaborate with project managers, owners, and design teams
Document field activity, safety incidents, and schedule updates

Qualifications

6+ years of commercial construction field leadership

Experience with projects up to $75M in size

OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain

Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and field technology

Strong understanding of commercial building systems and jobsite logistics

Compensation & Benefits
