Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with commercial clients to understand their unique insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
Inbound
Communications : Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively, addressing
concerns and providing solutions.
Policy Crafting : Design and propose customized insurance
policies tailored to the specific needs of each client's business.
Business Development : Identify opportunities to expand
client coverage and enhance their insurance portfolios.
Client Relationship Building : Foster strong,
long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and
loyalty.
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about developments in the
commercial insurance sector and provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience : 2 Years previous experience in an independent insurance agency.
Customer Focus : Strong commitment to delivering exceptional
service and building lasting client relationships.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication
abilities.
Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a hybrid
remote work environment and collaborate with team members.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to
provide innovative insurance solutions to clients.
Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with insurance-related
