Our QSR in Binghamton , NY is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help us deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and drive success.

As the Assistant General Manager , you will play an integral role in managing daily operations and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service.
You'll also have the chance to work closely with our dedicated team members, management staff, and outside vendors to maintain high standards across all shifts.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the restaurant management team to achieve desired outcomes such as increased sales, profitability, and employee retention.
- Oversee financial controls and ensure compliance.
- Train and develop team members for success.
- Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in team building and training.
- 3+ years of AGM / GM experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
- Highly motivated with an impressive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
