Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist
Location : WFH / REMOTE MUS RESIDE in TX, AZ, IN, KY, NC, SC, GA, FL.
Temporary Role : October February 2025 (potential for conversion NOT a guarantee)
Pay : $20.00 - $23.00 / hourly
Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00am 8 : 00pm EST *Occasional Saturdays*
Job Responsibilities :
Review benefit verifications for completeness and accuracy.
Meet daily quality quotas and update documentation as needed.
Provide feedback to supervisors based on quality protocols.
Participate in calibration meetings to maintain evaluation consistency.
Ideal Candidate :
2+ years of benefit investigations or similar medical / insurance experience REQUIRED .
1+ year of Quality Assurance / Auditing experience REQUIRED .
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on large data sets.
On-boarding Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
