24-Hour Medical Staffing is looking to hire Registered Nurses who work in the Labor and Delivery to join our list of nurses.
- Pay : Negotiable
- Shift : Night ( 12 hours )
- Type of Assignment : Travel Contract
- Duration : 13 weeks (Possibility for extension based on performance)
- Work Location : Thousand Oaks, CA
- Start Date : ASAP
Requirements :
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM certification
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN Labor and Delivery experience
- Must have : Excellent Critical Thinking Skills
- BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Fetal monitoring, 2 years of experience
- C-Section Circulator and Post CS recovery
- Vaginal Exams
- Care of the laboring patient, including CS and Vaginal delivery and recovery
- Care of the high-risk antepartum patient
o Gestational Hypertension
o Gestational Diabetes
- Obstetrical Emergencies, including Ob Hemorrhage
- Care of the newborn, within the first hour of life
o Breastfeeding, initial latch
