- First-timers not accepted License : Valid CA license must be in hand; No temporary licenses accepted Certifications : BCLS, NRP Must-Have : - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last three years in a comparable specialty / setting- Agree to floating between all facilities within a given state Job Description : Provide compassionate and specialized care to newborns in the NICU unit- Work with a team of healthcare professionals to maintain a ratio of 1 nurse to 3 patients- Fill in as needed for weekend shifts;
