Compensation :
$85,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Establish relationships with businesses across various industries in Palo Alto, CA to explore future growth opportunities
- Ensure presence and coordination for all property inspections to support clients in navigating purchase / sale agreements effectively
- Perform thorough market demographic, population, and environmental studies, presenting insights to buyers or sellers to facilitate informed decision-making
- Promptly follow up on all customer leads and inquiries to deliver exceptional customer service
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers on property prices and oversee sales closures to guarantee legal and accurate transactions
Qualifications :
- To excel in this role as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent in Palo Alto, CA, US, having a valid Real Estate License, or actively working towards obtaining one, is a must.
- Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with industry practices and lease language are essential qualifications for this position.
- Strong negotiating skills and effective communication abilities are key requirements for success in this role.
- A basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles is necessary for this position.
- The ideal candidate should be an independent worker who is highly motivated and self-sufficient.
