We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience selling personal training and / or group sessions for our Studio Manager leadership role.
Our studio teams are certified Personal and Group Trainers who teach in a group setting. If you have a track record of selling the value of helping members achieve their fitness goals and managing a team of fitness and sales professionals to execute on this, this role is for you! The Orangetheory Fitness concept is built around the Group Personal Trainer role (aka Fitness Coach) who delivers our 1-hour full-body group workout.

You have the skillset to manage sales goals and budgets along with the responsibility for a facility. What You Will Do The Studio Manager is wholly responsible for a studio location and driving outstanding business results.
The Manager accomplishes this by inspiring the team to achieve, empowering them to act and helping them believe their goals are possible. The Studio Manager will :
Grow Studio Performance - Achieve performance goals by generating leads, selling memberships and helping customers achieve their results.
Ensure the team achieves daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Develop Studio Team - Lead by example, train people to train people and develop people to grow into their career path goals.
Lead, manage and hold team members accountable to their success expectations.
Operational Excellence - Ensure studio opens / closes daily, is clean, stocked and follows all brand standards. Provide Above and Beyond customer service, facility operations and manage the budget.
Required Experience
- Passionate; walking and talking example of a Health and Fitness lifestyle.
- 3+ years successfully leading and managing a high performing team of 10+ Trainers and Salespeople.
- 2+ years successfully motivating and leading a team to meet performance metrics and meet goals.
- Outgoing person who consistently met and exceeded personal sales goals .
- Experience training new people to sell products and / or services.
- Track record of moving performance numbers for a team such as revenue and managing costs.
- Worked in a high energy, fast paced sales environment and achieved results.
- Lead generation experience using community outreach, events and B2B relationships.
- Ability to take on new challenges and is open to growth and innovation.
- Flexible work schedule; location is open Mon-Sun.
