Director of Talent and Culture
Our client in Higher Education, is looking for a Director of Talent and Culture to join their team. This position reports directly to the CFO with 2 direct reports.
Compensation : starting at $120k; DOE
these salary numbers are not guaranteed, and consider experience level, qualifications, and internal equity potential offer may be outside of this range
Applicants must be able to work onsite in the Boston area x3 days per week to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee strategy and execution of the recruiting process tracking and managing candidates from application to offer
- Provide exceptional candidate experience while enhancing brand
- Responsible for employee relations, overseeing investigations and providing mediation
- Responsible for employee engagement, and talent development, partnering with internal stakeholders
- facilitate organizational development, training and learning
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or Masters Degree + 7-10 years experience in HR
- Must have DEI experience, higher education experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a broad array of individuals
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive decision making
- Experience in HRIS systems, ADP strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Title IX regulations
- Accountability, and a desire to own projects from start to finish
