Job Summary - NIGHT SHIFT
Support IM manufacturing operations (MO) through minor process changes. Use practical skills, analytical skill and data trouble shoot and correct processes.
Work collaboratively with process engineers, assist and or lead tooling tryouts under direction of IM engineer, manager or other.
Responsibilities
- Daily support IM process - correcting or modifying processing parameters
- Daily audit of machine process parameters to process condition sheet, part appearance,
- Support engineering with trials - including mold change, material change, (End of arm tool) EoAT change, packing parts, all other activities as assigned.
- Maintain, modify and construct new EoAT. Maintain and account for EoAT spare parts.
- Work collaboratively with X-functional team ID change point, root cause and implement permanent long term counter measures
- Maintain process documents
Qualification
- Min. high school diploma - Associates preferred
- Min. fluent in English, written and verbal
- Min. working understanding of injection molding processWorking experience of ancillary equipment - dryer, loader, receiver, TCU, VGC, HMC
- Working experience with using crane
- Read measuring tape, use hand tools, use small bench top and stand tools
- Understand verbal and written instructions, schematics and engineering drawings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft excel and word - use a computer to access online catalogs, search info
