Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN)for a contract position with a reputable nationwide home health agency in Boston, MA.

Job Details :
- Position : Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location : Boston, MA
- Company : Sunbelt Staffing
- Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Hours : Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Duration : 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
- Compensation : Hourly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget
- Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days, Mileage Reimbursement
- Mileage : .48c visit to visit
- Productivity : 25 per week
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled
Requirements :
- Experience : Prior agency home health experience is essential
- Software : Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis
- Licensure : Active Massachusetts RNLicense
- Certification : Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- Transportation : Must have reliable transportation
