Job Summary :

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team! This person will take the lead in managing a small hands-on sales team and helping our home care agency grow. You’ll work closely with leadership to build strong community relationships, support your team, and make sure daily sales goals are met.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of 4 or 5 sales representatives on a daily basis.
• Help your team reach and exceed sales goals through coaching, guidance, and accountability.
• Manage daily leads and ensure quick follow-ups and conversions.
• Create and roll out new marketing ideas to promote our home care services.
• Build partnerships with referral sources, hospitals, and community programs.
• Track team performance, prepare weekly reports, and share progress with management.
• Work with leadership to plan outreach campaigns and special events.
• Keep all activities compliant with company policies and state regulations.
