Looking for an organized, friendly and customer service minded Receptionist for a busy medical treatment office.
Applicants should have at least 1 year experience working in a busy office environment and must have the ability to multitask.
Duties Include :
- Answering phones
- Greeting and assisting patients with check in
- Scheduling appointments
- Data entry
- Other duties as assigned.
Full time hours Monday-Friday 830am-5pm with pay starting at $18 / HR depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year Receptionist experience in a busy office
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Background will be viewed.
- Drug free environment.
