Operations Analyst
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Operations Analyst to fill an opening with a Prestigious Healthcare Company in Minnesota .
Daily Responsibilities for Operations Analyst :
- Utilize excel or Smartsheet to create templates for auditing data
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of process documents
- Research multiple sources to provide data for recommendations
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Manage contractor on-off boarding
- Audit vendor activity
Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day / night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 9a-5p CST
Preferred Qualifications for Operations Analyst :
What skills / attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)?
- Intermediate Excel - need to be able to create formulas and pivot tables, some with complexities, minimum 5 years
- Smartsheet - preferred, minimum 5 years
- Bachelor's Degree
