About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : PT Outpatient Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week for 8 and 10-hour shifts;
36 hours for 3, 12-hour shifts; 48 hours for 4, 12-hour shifts Experience : 1 Year Required License : In-state or Compact License in Hand Certifications : BLS Required Must-Have : Ability to work occasional Saturday shifts- Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays- 2 supervisor references required Job Description : Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a short-term acute care facility- Utilize Cerner for charting and patient documentation- Ensure compliance with required certifications and facility regulations- Support the facility's needs by floating to different units as necessary- Maintain a collaborative approach with the healthcare team- Perform patient evaluations, design treatment plans, and carry out therapeutic interventions- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary- Maintain a high standard of care and professional ethics Additional Information : First-time applicants accepted- Local applicants accepted- COVID-19 vaccine not required- Commitment to high-quality patient care and positive outcomes
