Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Concrete Laborers (RWP Certified) for projects located in and around Racine, WI . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $22–$26 / hour based on experience and skill level , with potential to earn up to $32 / hour for highly experienced candidates. If you are a Concrete Laborer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

  • Assist with setting forms and placing / leveling concrete
  • Perform general flatwork tasks, including pouring, tying rebar, and moving forms
  • Operate power tools, including a concrete saw
  • Load and unload tools and materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
  • Support all phases of concrete work on large commercial projects

Requirements :

RWP Certification – required (must have or be willing to obtain)

  • Prior construction site experience preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure and operate power tools
  • Must have all required PPE
  • Reliable, attentive, and willing to learn
  • Dependable and able to follow directions and safety protocols

    • Responsibilities

  • Must have previous concrete experience - either concrete flatwork or foundation experience
