The Tech PMO at On Location serves as the primary project manager across all technology related activity and execution for a significant premier hospitality event.
This position will be responsible for managing the relationships for technology with the clients, rights holders, internal functional areas and with the centralized PMO.
The successful candidate will ensure that our clients' needs are met and that all departments are working together seamlessly to provide exceptional service to our clients.
The role provides the active tracking of progress and status to ensure on-time delivery against business goals and milestones.
PMO RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do :
Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Facilitate tools to be used for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects in partnership with a centralized PMO
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the technology team and internal departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients
Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and issues, and that risks are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
Support the build of communication plans and presentations, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged key partners, the technology team and clients

Identifies and recommends contingency measures
Coordinate communication to obtain information, approvals, and decisions between our clients and internal functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Accommodations, Ticketing, Guest Services, Transportation, Legal, Project Management, Technology, and others
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all functional areas, encouraging team members to share ideas, learn from each other, and work together to achieve common goals.
What You'll Bring :
At least 3 years' experience of project management, including proven track record on complex, large-scale projects
Strong presentation skills with ability to influence a variety of audiences
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices, such Sharepoint, Airtable, Wetrack, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible pieces.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who promotes an example of working in a high achieving environment
Experience working in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Exudes a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the best
Highly organized with a track record of prioritizing multiple projects and delivering on deadlines
Work creatively, strategically and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork & innovation.

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CAPM, etc. are desirable.
Experience working in the ticketing, travel or hospitality industry is preferred
Experience working in a technology role in previous medium to large scale events such as World Cups, and / or Commonwealth, Euros, and Olympic Games is preferred, but not mandatory.
Ability to travel up to 30% of time
Preferred locations include New York, Austin, Raleigh, Miami
