Work you'll do

• Support Cyber Protection Team (CPT) operations.
• Manage the Weapons & Tactics program.
• Manage and teach PBED in support of CPT operations.
• Support tactics improvement program.
• Assist in the development of CPT training and exercise scenarios.
• Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.
• Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk with the use of continuous monitoring and incident response.
• Establish security controls to ensure protection of client systems.
• Implement cutting edge security tools for our federal clients.

Cyber Strategy, Defense and Response (SDR) focuses on helping federal clients design and implement transformational enterprise security programs with an emphasis on defending against, recovering from, and mitigating major cyberattacks.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Active TS / SCI security clearance required
• At least 10+ yrs experience with the following :
• Weapons and Tactics SMEs maintain the highest levels of knowledge and proficiency of adversary TTPs, CVA / H weapon system capabilities, and Host / Network CPT Operator functionality
• Knowledge of, and can implement, the PBED (Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief) process
• Experience with coordinating with the Intelligence, STAN / EVAL section, and training sections on training / exercise scenarios.
• Knowledge of DAFMAN 11-260, Tactics Development Program. SMEs maintain all training, certification, and functional qualifications required for the host analyst and the network analyst CPT crew positions.

Preferred :

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• IAT III certification
• Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
• OS or Security Tool Certification
