Job Duties / Responsibilities :

Responsible for various machine-specific functions, from setting up equipment, loading products, and operating machinery to monitoring and optimizing efficiency, maintaining machines, and performing quality checks.

• Ability to create and critique job routings to ensure quality while maintaining desired production levels
• Ability to operate and control automated plated lines safely
• Oversee rack / tier set up by helpers
• Oversee packaging of completed work
• Check work regularly to ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality expectations.
• Complete all required paperwork for each job.
• Lead and train rackers working with you
• Willingness to take online classes (heavy math involvement). Done on own time and get a bonus when completed within 3 months.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• A good basic math aptitude
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow written instructions
• Ability to fluently understand, read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures to avoid injuries
• Ability to stand, twist, lift, pinch, walk, bend, and kneel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic computer entry skills (preferred)

Shift Schedules :

1st Shift : 5 : 00AM - 3 : 00PM, Monday - Thursday (OT as scheduled)

2nd Shift : 3 : 00PM - 1 : 00AM, Monday - Thursday ( OT as scheduled ) - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST

Wage Range :

1st Shift : $24.00 / Hour

2nd Shift : $26.00 / Hour

Reviews : 60 days and 6 months, then twice a year, which may come with a rate increase, providing the employee meets company and performance standards).

Signing Bonus : $1500 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)
