The Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and support four consumer facing teams : Creative, Marketing, Community, and Broadcasting.

This individual will play a key role in supporting the organization’s strategic priorities by leveraging the team’s talents, being a catalyst for improvement, and empowering effective communication & collaboration.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide executive leadership to the Titans’ Creative, Marketing, Community and Broadcasting departments.
  • Deliver excellence and consistency in the promotion of the Titans’ brand across digital and social channels, game day experience, and in-market activations.
  • Understand the needs of direct reports and develop creative solutions that maintain alignment with strategic priorities and vision.
  • Oversee simultaneous projects from inception to completion, reviewing strategic plans, concepts, and deliverables.
  • Develop and promote a culture of innovation and teamwork to foster a fearless, inventive, curious, and open environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders.
  • Represent the organization and support community partners through various speaking engagements and media appearances.

Additional Qualifications :

  • 10-15 years of leadership experience.
  • Relevant experience in Brand Marketing.
  • NFL, football or sports-related experience is preferred.
