About The Position
- Job Title : Occupational TherapistJob Specialty : Home HealthJob Duration : 13 weeksShift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)Guaranteed Hours : Per contract, facility can call off up to one shift per pay period if neededExperience : 1 year of skilled home health experience requiredLicense : Pending license acceptedCertifications : BLS requiredMust-Have : Own transportation, primary series COVID vaccination with one boosterJob Description : - Provide skilled home health therapy services in Tukwila, WA, and surrounding areas- Conduct up to 6 patient visits per day with a 1 : 1 patient ratio- Maintain 30 productivity points standard- Comply with non-weekend requirement;
- no on-call duties- Utilize EPIC for charting- Wear any basic color scrubs- Travel within a maximum radius of 50+ miles, occasionally- Oasis experience preferred, but not required- Facility groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time- Expected to float between all facilities within the state- Complete pre-start and annual non-billable modules, averaging 16 hoursAdditional Details : - Locals accepted within a 50-75 mile radius- RTO restrictions;
confirm with the hiring manager- System provides communication devices if required; reimbursement for work-related cell phone use if not provided
