Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents. This unique opportunity involves guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students living on campus.

Qualifications :
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly from underserved backgrounds
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
