Position Title : Multi Unit Manager - Fashion Retail

Position Summary : The Zone Manager in the fashion retail industry is responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores within a specific geographic area.
This role involves driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of store managers and associates.
The Zone Manager plays a crucial role in implementing the company’s strategies, achieving sales goals, and maintaining high standards of store performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Customer Service :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zone sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Execute promotional programs and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Operational Excellence :
- Oversee the daily operations of all stores within the zone, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards across all stores.
- Coordinate the replenishment of merchandise and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Address and resolve basic IT / register issues, escalating as necessary.
Leadership and Team Development :
- Serve as the primary leader for the zone, providing direction, coaching, and training to store managers and associates.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports high performance and employee development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Address performance issues promptly and work with HR to implement corrective actions.
Financial Management :
- Manage zone budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability.
- Monitor store expenditures and implement cost-control measures.
- Prepare for and participate in inventories, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Safety and Compliance :
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct potential safety hazards.
- Report workplace injuries and safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Ability to travel within the zone as required.
