Overview

Great Day Improvements Patio Enclosures is hiring a Field Marketer (Tradeshow Marketer) to showcase Patio Enclosures product lines and act as a brand ambassador at local events, trade shows, fairs, and conferences. The role involves face-to-face interaction with potential clients, product demonstrations, and generating leads. This is a part-time, flexible position with potential growth to represent additional brands within the company.

Responsibilities

• Represent Patio Enclosures or one of Great Day’s home improvement brands at local events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and conferences.
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers to promote the brand’s products and services.
• Transport and set up / tear down exhibit displays and materials per guidelines.
• Schedule free inspections and estimates with potential customers following lead scheduling and lead submission best practices.
• Capture interest and generate leads through enthusiastic and informative communication.
• Work independently or in a team environment to represent the assigned brand with passion and professionalism.
• Grow within the company and expand to represent additional brands as you advance your career.
• Adapt to various event environments and engage with a wide range of customer personalities.
• Travel to event locations and participate in door-to-door marketing as needed.
• Manage flexible work hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Timely submission of all timecards and paperwork.

Qualifications

Experience & Requirements

Compensation

Hourly base pay : $18.00 per hour plus commission. Compensation increases based on performance. This range is provided by Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
