The Boyne City Housing Commission, in a progressive, stable, award-winning, full-service Northwestern Michigan waterfront community of 3,735 year-round residents with large seasonal increases, seeks a qualified, outgoing person to administer all day-to-day operations of Public Housing, Section 8, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
Demonstrated financial, budgeting, grant, personnel, and related creative problem-solving, public relations, communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are desired.
Current employee is leaving amicably after 8+ years of successful operations. Comprehensive wage (DOQ) and benefit package.
