We are seeking a Turnaround Coordinator to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of our growing organization, facility, and support structure.
Success in this role offers the opportunity for career advancement within all of Koch. The successful candidate will be responsible for and assist with the development and implementation of maintenance work scope, scheduling and logistics plans for the plant's turnaround events to support excellence in plant safety and reliability for planned turnarounds.
This role works a 9 / 80 schedule and travel will be up to 20% of the time Our Team Koch Fertilizer, Enid is a leading nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing company that focuses on supplying various nitrogen fertilizer products to customers across North America. What You Will Do
- Develop comprehensive turnaround plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams
- Provide oversight of logistics and maintenance contracts and contractors during turnaround execution.
- Coordinate and integrate activities of multiple disciplines to ensure timely and efficient execution of turnaround projects
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth turnaround operations.
- Track progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all turnaround-related activities, facilitating clear and effective communication among all stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors as necessary to ensure successful turnaround execution
- Conduct regular meetings and progress reviews with internal teams and external partners Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience with computer applications (Microsoft Project, Access databases, Primavera, Maximo work planning and scheduling tools)
- Experience with process plant equipment
- 5+ years' experience in planning and / or executing turnarounds, projects, or maintenance in the refining, petrochemical or related industries What Will Put You Ahead
