What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Gather requirements and define business needs for Salesforce implementation
- Provide support to users, troubleshoot requests, and stay updated on new Salesforce features
- Support projects impacting the sales department and provide key insights and recommendations
- Develop documentation and content to support user adoption
- Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, STEM or related field
- 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in analytics, project management, problem-solving, and database management
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder certification a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital tools
