For over 49 years, we have been a leading provider of heating and cooling solutions in the Charlotte Metro area. We pride ourselves on our ethical and respectful business practices and knowledgeable service team.

Our Service Technicians are responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, performing warranty work, and suggesting and performing system improvements, modifications, etc., to current customers.

Pay Range : $70k - $100k; including hourly + spiffs, depending on experience + Benefits

Required qualifications :
- 3+ years' HVAC service experience in residential preferred
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Valid driver's license
- Company insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
