About the Role : We’re looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers who are ready to make a difference.
You'll provide care to clients in their homes and in facilities throughout Portland and surrounding areas.
- Standard Pay Rate : $18.75 / hour
- In-Home Care (Weekends) : $21.75 / hour
Caregiver Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care services.
- Offer companionship and help with daily tasks such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation.
- Assist with personal needs, including grooming, dressing, toileting, and bathing (ADLs).
Caregiver Requirements :
- Transportation : Reliable transportation (car or public transit) and willingness to travel up to 20 miles.
- Availability : Day or evening shifts (no overnights).
- Experience : At least one year of caregiving experience, including grooming, showering, and toileting.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Ability : Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Certification : CPR certified or willing to become certified after hire.
