3rd Shift Production Supervisor (Onsite) Oak Creek, WI
Are you a motivated leader with experience in manufacturing and a passion for safety and quality? We're looking for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in Oak Creek, WI .
In this role, you'll be responsible for mentoring your team, ensuring safety, and driving productivity to meet operational goals.
What You’ll Do :
- Foster a positive work environment that enables your team to succeed in their daily tasks.
- Lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe workspace while minimizing accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and other departments, to resolve workflow challenges.
- Oversee and assign work to a unionized hourly workforce, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Document and manage supervisory responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail.
What You Bring :
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of proven production experience, including prior supervisory or management roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
