Novus Group seeks Administrative Assistants with a background in Construction. These roles are downtown Pittsburgh, PA (North Shore or Wilkinsburg, PA).

Pay rates up to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
Job Duties :
- Produce reports and presentations
- Communicate daily with customers regarding their construction applications
- Report application information to the appropriate regulatory parties
- Analyze data and mapping information
- Update work orders and customer account information
- Track data via SharePoint database
- Process invoices, reconcile purchase card statements, handle confidential records and make travel arrangements
- Enter and / or review employee time cards
Minimum Qualifications Required :
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP
- Proficient in SAP
- Two to five years of administrative assistant experience
- Associates degree in business or related field preferred. Demonstrated and related experience may be substituted for preferred education
- High level of initiative and judgment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in SAP
- Ability to multitask, use time management skills to coordinate multiple customer requests
Successful candidates must be willing to submit to criminal background and drug screening requirements.
