Meet prequalified homeowners and canvass assigned streets. Use tablet quotes and a simple playbook to close at the door and log results the same day.
What you’ll do
Work mapped neighborhoods + scheduled warm / hot leads.
Quick needs check → options on tablet → on-site close .
Track doors / conversations / demos / closes; zero backlog by EOD .
Confirm activations and hand off to support.
Weekly coaching huddles, ride-alongs, and leaderboard goals.
What you’ll bring
Confident face-to-face communication; persistence.
Coachable with scripts / objections and repeatable steps.
Flexible availability (some evenings / weekends).
Driver’s license, reliable car, smartphone with data; U.S. work authorization.
Comp & growth
