Job Description
Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is looking for a Senior Scientist with solid research and development experience.
Specifically, we are seeking an individual who is able to handle the following responsibilities :
1) Implement a variety of practical techniques in molecular biology during laboratory procedures
2) Take charge of projects and adopt a proactive learning approach across diverse domains, excelling in a multi-disciplinary environment
3) Develop the execution plan for manufacturing sites for each product, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and plan devised by the new product team
4) Apply scientific principles to attain project goals, involving the design and execution of complex experiments, along with the analysis and interpretation of data with minimal supervision
5) Gather, document, and communicate results to peers and supervisors through oral or written presentations
6) Assess the viability and feasibility of emerging reagent systems and assays
7) Design and develop new reagent systems and assays through creative problem-solving
Critical Requirements
1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
2) Recent experience in the biotechnology industry is strongly preferred
3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in research and development
