Current MaineHealth employees not eligible for the sign on bonus. Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6months to be eligible.

Shifts can range from 7 : 30am - 7pm on weekdays and 8 : 30-4 on weekends and holidays

Summary

Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician - Retail role performs a variety of duties relating to medication preparation, storage, distribution, disposition, and related clerical tasks.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : Associates Degree preferred.
• License / Certifications : Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician required. CPhT or PTCB certificate preferred.
• Experience : Experience as a pharmacy technician or other healthcare related position preferred.
