Our cases are ever-changing, but here's a list of most case types :
- Companion Care : We work with families across Northeast Ohio to provide companionship, transportation, sitter, and / or light housekeeping services in the home.
- Personal Care : We work with clients across Northeast Ohio who need help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, transferring, grooming, etc.
Care varies from providing standby assistance to complete care.
- Hospice Care : We work with various hospice companies to provide staffing and fill continuous care and home health visits for their patients.
- Resident Assistance : We work with various healthcare companies (group homes, assisted living, skilled nursing, schools, etc.
to provide staffing and fill various shifts assisting their residents.
We work with a varied population :
- Veterans
- Elderly
- Dementia patients
- Special needs children and adults
- Underserved communities
In many cases we are working with families who require 24 / 7 services for their loved one, in some cases we provide services for a few hours per visit, and everything in between.

Job Responsibilities
Provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor or according to the client's plan of care, including but not limited to : bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary
Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
Provide assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to : feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
Empathy for the needs of the client
Adhere to HIPAA and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID and flu
