Minimum Years of Experience : 2 yrs in any inpatient acute care setting OR 1 yr in ortho.
Skills : IV Start, and Telemetry.
Certs : BCLS, NIH
ACLS, Charge Nurse Experience, Level I Trauma Experience
Ratios : EXPECT 5-6 : 1 RATIO, can flex up to 7 : 1 but only in extreme cases.
