Job Duties :

• Delivering evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients
• Providing various mental health services personalized to each patient's recovery, primarily through telehealth video or telephone
• Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy as required
• Offering mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
• Completing and maintaining documentation accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with Federal, State, and company guidelines

Caseload :

• Full-time : Minimum of 23 sessions per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours per week.
• You will provide individual, family, and group therapy for families, adolescents, and adults.
• Scheduling assistance will be provided.

Requirements

NJ - LPC and LCSW licensure will be considered.

MA - LICSW licensure will be considered.

NY - LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT licensure will be considered.

VT - LICSW, LMHC, and LCMHC licensure will be considered.

WA - LICSW, LMHC, and LMFT licensure will be considered.

Must have at least 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment.

Must have at least 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR.

Must have access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions.

Must be willing to sign a non-compete agreement.

Schedule and Shift Details :

• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling. Therapists can set their own schedule between the hours of 7 AM - 9 PM EST, 7 days a week.
• Therapists must work until 8 PM, 2 nights per week OR work 4 - 4 hour shifts on the weekends.
• No on-call requirements.

Compensation :

• Pay Range : $56,000 - $90,000 per year.
• Starting salary of $56,000 is based on a minimum of 23 sessions per week.
• Additional compensation of $60 per session is given for each session beyond the initial 23 sessions.
• For instance, if you conduct 7 additional sessions (totaling 30), you will receive an extra $420 per week on top of the $56,000 / year salary.
• Sign-On Bonus : A $3,000 sign-on bonus will be distributed at 6 months and 1 year.
